Dontnod, developers of Remember Me, and Square Enix have announced at Gamescom a new upcoming game titled Life is Strange.
Life is Strange is being called an episodic, digitally delivered, narrative driven adventure game and will be heading to PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
The game will tell the story of Max Caulfield, a senior student that comes back to his hometown of Arcadia Bay, Oregon after five years to reunite with her former friend, Chloe. The duo will attempt to uncover the mystery of what exactly happened to Rachel Amber, a student that has disappeared unexplicably.
There is, of course, a slight twist--Max can rewind time (sounds oddly similar to Remember Me). Gameplay will be focused on player choice and consequence.
More to come on Life is Strange as it is revealed at Gamescom this week.
