Hideo Kojima does Tokyo Game Show 2014 right with a mesmerizing new look at Snake and Quiet.
Legendary game creator Hideo Kojima took the stage at this year’s Tokyo Games Show with an amazing 20 minute gameplay demo of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. And the good news for us is that we can now watch the brand new footage of the game ourselves, complete with the original Japanese voiceover commentary.
In the new footage, we join Snake and his sniper companion Quiet as they take out enemies in a lush jungle environment. You’ll also see some wonderful new gameplay features at work here, not to mention more of those gorgeous visuals.
During the demo, Kojima also confirmed that The Phantom Pain will indeed be released at some point in 2015, although Q4 2015 is perhaps looking the most likely.
