A new trailer for Ubisoft's Far Cry 4 has arrived, and features elephants, tigers and guns, oh my...
The fourth excursion into tropical climes of violence that is Far Cry 4 is headed our way in November, and this time Far Cryis going to the fictional Himalayan region of Kyrat. Presided over by the new villain, and self-appointed king, Pagan Min.
As aFar Cry game, number four will be all about large, open-world sandbox shooting, and will also fuse on-foot and vehicular combat. Unlike previous games, however, there'll be a lot more variety in terms of environments. The below trailer shows lush forests, snow-capped mountains, mystical temples, and various military escapements and island fortresses. You may even have to outrun an avalanche or two, and the wildlife is even more dangerous than the fauna seen in Far Cry 3.
Far Cry 4 will be available for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PC, and it'll launch on November 18. Of course, there's the usual pre-order bonus guff, including a free upgrade to the Limited Edition, which includes three new missions and the Impaler harpoon gun.
