Artist Astor Alexander has turned a couple of Nintendo classics into pulp fiction works of art!
Just something fun for you to enjoy: artist Astor Alexander has reimagined three Nintendo games as pulp fiction tales for an awesome set of book covers.
You might remember Alexander from last year's BioShock Infinite: Burial at Sea pulp fiction book cover:

This particular DLC fits the pulp fiction treatment quite well since the game plays out much in the same style as a noir. There's the private eye, a damsel, and a missing girl. Ingredients for one hell of a thrill ride.
Alexander got a bit more ambitious this year and decided that The Legend of Zelda, Super Mario, and Metroid could also be turned into pulp fiction classics. The result is quite stunning and full of intrigue. It makes me wish these books actually existed. Maybe Hard Case Crime will pick them up? Also, the taglines are hilarious:

The Mario one cracks me up every single time.
