For years, Traveller's Tales have created a reliably entertaining string of action games based on hit film franchises, starting with Lego Star Wars in the PlayStation 2 era. Just in time for the release of Colin Trevorrow's forthcoming Jurassic World, along comes the studio's Lego version, which spans all four films in the franchise released so far.
Expect the usual mix of jumping, shooting, pulling levers and collecting bricks, along with plenty of loving recreations of the Jurassic Park franchise's most famous moments. The Lego game formula may be familiar by now, but when you're presented with a Lego version of Richard Attenborough or a similarly diminutive Jeff Goldblum, it's hard not to be drawn in yet again.
Lego Jurassic World's out in June for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Wii U and 3DS.
