First spotted on Amazon France, the upcoming PlayStation 4 is to be packaged with a second DualShock 4 controller, the PlayStation Camera, and Killzone: Shadow Fall, all for 499 Euros. This was first considered an accidental leak and possible rumour, but Sony has since confirmed that the console will come in bundle form in the near future in other regions.
Talking to VideoGamer.com, Sony stated that this could be the first of many such bundles. “We're tremendously happy with our overall value proposition, whether that be the entry price point of the machine [or] the detailed bundles and combinations that we will put on shelf at retail which we haven't fleshed out in detail as yet.”
At the time of writing, PS4 bundles in other regions have yet to be announced, and there's no confirmation on the rumours of a PS4 and Vita bundle.
It's no real surprise to see such a PS4 bundle arrive, and in time there'll be plenty of options on offer, there always are with new consoles, and that's not including the various store-specific offers that eventually emerge. More will certainly appear as the Xbox One french fries in with its own packs, alongside the already confirmed FIFA 14 deal. So, if you can manage to hold off and wait a little bit longer (which will be very difficult given the anticipation for the unit), you may be able to get a better value deal.

Hard to cancel preorder and hope to find a bundle this holiday season
I may be wrong, but weren't the PS4 folks attacking the Xbox 1 for being so expensive? What is this then, if conversion is right, this is over $650 USD (although who knows if they'll actually use that). Hard to justify this price, a $60 game, a $60 toy (which I also find funny as they attacked the Kinect as well) which means that is one expensive ass controller.
Considering the following prices for the PS4 by itself "£349 in the UK, €349 in Europe, and $399 in the US" this new 499 euro bundle might be $549 in the US.
Of course, I could be way off and it ends up being $650 like you mentioned :)

Just preordered my ps4 at walmart today so ill pass on this one and just buy killzone 4 separately.
Another one up on Sony giving CHOICE to the gamer to save in the long run for a bundle deal. Second controller, EXCLUSIVE game, and the ps eye to match what MS is offering is a sweeter offer. All MS fans are going to enjoy is a Kinnect that was forced on you, a MULTI PLATFORM game, and only one controller( dont forget those AA batteries). Oh if you want the rechargable xbox controller its $15 dollars more than PS4 rechargable controller right out of the box. LOL Sony just keeps jabbin and MS keeps falling. Of course I know this is for Europe for the time being but I think they deserve a great bundle value for the two week later launch debacle.

Thats a matter of opinion and orginally p station wasnt going to give the choice but they saw m.s fuck up cause they announced second. Since the camera will not come with all consoles they want use it much more than its used now. We will get to see some real inovation with kinect. Im getting both consoles so dont go there with fanboy b.s b.c I prefer sony.
549 is a good deal, its 50 bucks more then Xbox One's launch pack.
