DOOM: Release Date & New Campaign Trailer

Bethesda revealed today that DOOM will be arriving on May 13 for tons of demon-killing carnage! We still have a two-month wait, of course, but at least we also have this new campaign trailer to keep us busy until then...

The DOOM closed alpha is currently giving loyal fans a chance to try out the frantic multiplayer action of the long-awaited sequel. If you happened to have an alpha code, then you're one of the lucky few who have a chance to play the game all weekend. But if you weren't as lucky (you really should've bought Wolfenstein: The New Order!), don't worry...

The new DOOM is a return to the franchise that shaped much of the first-person shooter genre. While what we saw at the Bethesda Press Conference is obviously a huge step up in graphics and gameplay for the series, there's also a lot of familiar things to be excited about. 

Primarily, you're on Mars on one mission: find the coolest, most gruesome weapons and kill demons from Hell. Simple as that. Need to see and hear more?
