Halo's alien soldier will be showing up in Season Three to tangle with the likes of Fulgore and the rest. Watch him in this new trailer!
Killer Instinct’s third season of characters is proving to be very interesting. I mean, it kind of has to. Season One and Two brought in all the classic characters from the original game along with some new blood. Season Three has so far been about bringing in the not-quite-as-memorable Killer Instinct 2fighters left, such as Tusk, Kim Wu, and Gargos. The only preexisting Killer Instinctcharacter left is Eyedol, so the well is practically dry.
They’ve already been reaching out to other properties, such as including Rash from Battletoads. Now they’re doing the same by bringing in Arbiter from the Haloseries.
Arbiter was announced as a teaser cliffhanger to Kim Wu’s announcement trailer, but now he gets a couple minutes to show his stuff against Chief Thunder.
Now, apparently this isn’t THE Arbiter, but AN Arbiter. I guess the lack of Keith David voicing him is a tipoff, though I don’t mind Phil Lamarr as the replacement. At least I’m pretty sure that’s Phil Lamarr.
Regardless, the weary space soldier will be clashing with Ultratech soon enough, all while using his various classic weapons like plasma grenades and camouflage. He also comes with a pretty badass Sanghelios stage.
Killer Instinct’s third season will be released sometime in March. As always, it’s available on Xbox One, but will soon also be arriving on Windows 10.
