Star Wars Battlefront is going to Cloud City in June, which means that Lando is joining the fight!
DICE has announced that the smooth-talking Lando Calrissian and bounty hunter Dengar are joining the fight in Star Wars Battlefront. As part of the second DLC pack, players will be able to do battle on Cloud City in four brand new maps, including the carbonite chamber from The Empire Strikes Back!
The developer also promised AT-ATs and a new Cloud City setting for Fighter Squadron mode. Flying over Cloud City sounds most impressive...
We didn't get our first glimpse of the characters in-game with the announcement, but you should probably expect the characters to look pretty close to their movie counterparts. I'm hoping to see Lando with his blue cape, anyway.
The first DLC pack saw the arrival of Greedo and Nien Nunb, as well as new maps on Tatooine and Sullust, including Jabba's Palace. While Greedo and Nien Nunb are definitely cool, Lando will mark the first major character to appear in the DLC.
The Bespin DLC pack is out in June.
