Skyrim is getting a brand new current-gen remaster edition! Here is the first trailer...
Fans of Skyrim, rejoice! The award-winning fantasy RPG from Bethesda Game Studios is getting a current-gen remaster for the XBO, PS4, and PC on October 28. Boasting tons of improvements to the graphics, the new version of Skyrimlooks gorgeous. Footage of the game was revealed during the Bethesda E3 press conference.

Plenty of rumors surrounded Skyrim Special Edition before the game was finally officially announced. It's existence had been widely speculated for the past week leading into this year's E3 conference, but rumors have persisted since last year when Bethesda Game Studios creative director Todd Howard previously teased that development on Fallout 4 began as a remaster of Skyrim.
Bethesda also teased that Skyrim Special Edition will also include company-curated mods from the PC version of the original game. More on Skyrim Special Edition as we learn and stay tuned for much more from E3 2016!
