Original Story - 06.13.16:
Microsoft opened their E3 2016 press conference by officially introducing the Xbox One S, the long-rumored slim version of their latest console. The console was long-rumored for month prior to the press conference as a competitor for the PS4 Neo, Sony's own upgraded current-gen console, which was recently confirmed.
Microsoft outlined the specifications for the new console, as well. The Xbox One S is 40% smaller than the original 2013 console, and includes up to 2TB of storage, an integrated power supply, 4K Ultra video streaming and blu-ray support, and a new wireless Xbox controller.
