Grab your scuba gear and prepare for a classic game of underwater rocket car soccer.

Just when you think that Rocket League can't get any better, developer Psyonic Inc. decides to go ahead and build an underwater battle dome the likes of which would make megalomaniac Andrew Ryan proud.
It's called AquaDome, and it's coming your way in October. For now, take a look the DLC's debut trailer below:
From the font to the generous use of bronze in the construction of the DLC's added arena, it's clear that Rocket League's team have also been enjoying the recently released BioShock Collection and have decided to pay homage to one of the greatest franchises of all-time by adding a little aquatic chaos to the Rocket League lineup.
By virtue of simply owning the game, you will automatically receive the new AquaDome level and, in the process, be granted access to an entirely new Rocket Leaguearena that will confirm just how bad at this game you still are. However, those that choose to splurge and send a little money Rocket League's way to help it take over the world will also receive two new vehicles (the battle cars Proteus and Titan) for the price of $1.99 each. These vehicles will be ready to purchase in October alongside the release of the AquaDome arena.
Those new cars are sure to be quite the spectacle in Rocket League's recently released Rumble mode which takes a page from the Mario Kart playbook and adds several opponent disabling abilities to the standard Rocket League match. The mode is already garnering praise from series fans who love how items such as grappling hooks add an extra level of salty cheekiness to already heated Rocket League showdowns.
