
Sony announced yesterday that the PlayStation 4 sold one million units through the first 24 hours of its release on November 15.
So, for those non-math majors out there, we have you covered: 1,000,000 x $400 = $400,000,000.

We are extremely grateful for the passion of PlayStation fans and thank them for their continued support."
To put this into perspective, the PS3 only sold 197k units in its first TWO WEEKS of launch, although there was a supply shortage and it was $599.
It's likely that the PS4 won't keep its momemtum through this week, as the Xbox One releases on Friday. PS4 software numbers for the PS4 have yet to be released, but we will keep you posted. Meanwhile, check out our PS4 console review.
