Dishonored 2 Latest News
A brand new Dishonored 2trailer premiered last night during The Walking Dead premiere. It's a very cool live action promo that should get you appropriately hyped for this game:
A critical hit back in 2012, Dishonored offered up a compelling sci-fi fantasy world - the mouldy streets of Dunwall - and a satisfying action stealth game with a range of murderous strategies to choose from. Naturally, the world needed a sequel.
Set 15 years after the first game, Dishonored 2 sees the Isles again under threat from "an otherworldly usurper." It's therefore up to the first game's protagonist, Corvo - or former empress Emily Kaldwin, if you choose to play as her - to hunt down the enemies that have taken over the city.
Here's a bit of patter straight from the studio itself:
“Explore a world unlike any other as either Emily Kaldwin or Corvo Attano – both powerful assassins with their own unique set of supernatural abilities, weapons and unusual gadgets. Define your own playstyle by blending immersive first-person action, assassination, stealth, mobility and the game’s brutal combat system. Combine the tools at your disposal to creatively eliminate your enemies whether you choose to pursue them unseen or ruthlessly attack head on with weapons drawn. Show no mercy and leave chaos in your wake or find a more subtle way to eliminate your targets. More than ever the choices you make will determine the outcome of each mission, and ultimately the game.”

Dishonored 2 Trailer
A new Dishonored 2 trailer takes us through a mission at Clockwork Mansion. By the looks of it, it's going to be one of the more challenging stages in the game. You can watch eight minutes of gameplay below:
Just in case you're not hyped enough for the release of Dishonored 2, Bethesda has seen fit to raise your expectations even more by releasing a new preview for the game titled the Corvo Gameplay Trailer. This trailer features both Corvo and gameplay as the trailer claims, but it also includes some fairly subtle hints at the game's story:
Bethesda revealed a brand new gameplay trailer for Dishonored 2 that shows off the abilities and powers players will have at their fingertips in November. Check out the trailer:
Picking up fifteen years after the events of the first game, Dishonored 2features the return of stealthy assassin Corvo Attano as one of two protagonists, in addition to an adult Emily Kaldwin. Emily has her own arsenal of supernatural abilities, and as with the first game, players will get to choose their preferred approach to different missions in the coastal city of Karnaca: whether that means slipping in through the shadows or massacring everyone in sight.
Dishonored 2 was first unveiled last year during Bethesda’s E3 2015 press conference, and we can expect to see new gameplay footage at Bethesda’s pre-E3 event this June. If you want to catch up on Corvo’s adventures before the new game drops, you can also pick up the recently released Dishonored: Definitive Edition on PS4 or Xbox One.
