The studio isn't ready to commit to a Nintendo Switch release strategy just yet.

Developer and publisher Capcom will certainly be supporting the Nintendo Switch, but they're not entirely sure whether that support will include ports of games designed for PS4 and Xbox One.
In response to a question Capcom received during an investor call regarding whether or not it is possible to develop multiplatform titles for the Nintendo Switch, Capcom responded with the following statement:
"We are currently carrying out research with regards to multiplatform implementation of software for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on to the Nintendo Switch and thus are unable to comment at this moment. However, we do feel that there are differences in the desired direction and the play-style of the Nintendo Switch and those of the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One. At Capcom, we determine which platform to release a title for after considering the features of both our software and the hardware in question, believing we must bring the enjoyment of our games to their maximum potential."
Capcom's representative did not elaborate on what they meant by the "desired direction and the play-style of the Nintendo Switch," but it is most likely a reference to the system's mobile capabilities and power relative to the Xbox One and PS4. It is possible that they will be focusing on unique Switch experiences if the company does indeed decide to forgo strict ports of their PS4 and Xbox One catalog.
The studio did confirm elsewhere during the Q&A that they are excited at the prospect of the Switch as a console. Specifically, the Capcom representative noted that "It is excellent to have the market invigorated with new hardware launches. As a software publisher, we endeavor to develop games that offer enjoyment best suited to each piece of hardware’s features and target users."
In short, you may not want to hold your breath for a Switch port of Resident Evil 7.
