Terminal Reality, the studio behind The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct, closes its doors...
Independent developer Terminal Reality, creator of The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct, closed its doors after 10 years of developing games.
This news comes from a former employee of the studio, Jesse Sosa, who said that Terminal Reality "seems to have finally shut down." We are unable to obtain confirmation from the studio themselves, but their Facebook page hasn't been updated since October and their Twitter hasn't been updated since March. Their website redirects users to their Facebook page.
Terminal Reality was also responsible for Ghostbusters: The Video Game, Star Wars Kinect, and BloodRayne.
While it is unfortunate that those working at the studio will be out of a job, I can't say that I'm surprised. The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct was one of the worst games of 2013, and their other titles weren't exactly winners, either.

Games only turn out as bad as that if the dev isn't properly funded/supported by a publisher.
