The latest entry in the Grid series will be coming to PS3, Xbox 360, and PC this June.
Codemasters has announced the next installment in their high-adrenaline Gridfranchise, a sequel to 2013’s Grid 2. Titled Grid Autosport, the new game is fueled by the sport and competition of pure racing, and it will mark the return of an in-car camera view based on feedback from the gaming community.
The third official game in Codemasters’ beloved racing series, Grid Autosportwill feature over 100 routes to discover across 22 real-world locations, as racers compete in five different game modes: touring, endurance, street racing, open-wheel, and tuner competitions. You can see a few of these stunning locales (and of course, the stunning cars) in the debut announcement trailer just below.
Grid Autosport will also feature a heavy multiplayer component, with constantly generated racing challenges through Codemasters’ RaceNet service, and the option to form clubs with other racers online.
The best part is that we won’t have to wait very long to get behind the steering wheel, as Grid Autosport will be speeding onto PS3, Xbox 360, and PC on June 24 in the US and June 27 in Europe.
