We’re just a few short weeks away from the PC release of Kalypso’s Tropico 5 right now, and the creators of the popular city-building franchise have just released a brand new trailer that shows off the game’s multiplayer features. And the bright and sunny gameplay is only accentuated here by a cool and lively soundtrack.
In the Tropico 5multiplayer modes, players will have the chance to share resources cooperatively, or to claim the island for themselves in a more competitive environment. The new trailer gives us a glimpse of the different starting eras that you can choose to begin each match, including the Colonial Era, World Wars, Cold War, and Modern Times.
Tropico 5 will be released for PC on May 23, 2014, with Xbox 360 and Mac versions to follow later in the summer, and a PS4 version bringing up the rear in autumn. You can also pre-order the game now to receive some special bonuses like the Bayo del Olfato DLC and more.
