Poppermost's SNOW is heading to PS4 in early 2015...
Sony has announced today that Poppermost's SNOW is coming to the PS4 as a console exclusive in 2015. SNOW will bring a more realistic snowboarding and skiing experience to the PS4, and will do for snow action sports what EA's Skate series did for skateboarding.
SNOW is being developed using Crytek's CRYENGINE, and will "bring the most realistic snowboarding and skiing experience ever." Players will be able to explore steep cliffs, dense forests and man-made areas like villages, a quarry and a hydroelectric dam, all filled with jaw-dropping views and immersive gameplay. Players will be able to explore different mountains any way that they see fit.
We're told that SNOW will be released in Q1 of 2015. If you're at Gamescom, you can play the Oculus Rift version at Hall 04.2, Stand E-045. And, if you're not, then the best we can do is show you these screenshots.
