Warhammer The End Times: Vermintide gameplay trailer

Warhammer's latest foray into videogames is the first person title, Vermintide, and some gameplay footage has surfaced showing off some of the up close and personal action, including melee combat, shotguns, and a nice bit of archery. Oh, and there are rats. Lots, and lots of rats.

Set during the Warhammer series'"End Times" the game takes place in the city of Ubersreik, and will be an action co-op title that'll pit players against the Skaven, Warhammer's race of humanoid rats. It's been confirmed that composer, Jesper Kyd, will be handling the soundtrack.

Warhammer The End Times: Vermintide is due to release later this year for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
