Gears of War's villain General RAAM shows up as the newest Killer Instinct guest character, destroying Jago in this launch trailer.
Killer Instinct’s third season has a bit of interesting variety going on. With seven characters, three of them are returning names from the old games, one of them is brand new, and the remaining three are guest characters. We’ve already had Rash from Battletoads. We’ve had Arbiter from the Haloseries.
Rounding out the roster is General RAAM from Gears of War.
RAAM is the main antagonist of the first Gears of War. A mountain of a being, he’s the general of the Locusts and commands a cloud of Kryll creatures as a cloak of protection. While all the other Killer Instinct trailers have played up the combos and various special attacks of the then-new characters, RAAM’s is straight to the point: he’s a goddamn juggernaut who will shank you.
That’s all you need, really.
General RAAM is available for Killer Instinctas of today. So go download him on your Xbox One or Windows 10 or whatever.
