A leaked product listing dishes the goods on the upcoming next-gen game bundle, Metro Redux...
When it comes to underrated games, I’ve always felt that 4A Games’ Metroseries never quite got the popularity that it deserved. But now it seems that the unnerving first-person horror games will be opening up to a brand new audience this summer, as the Metroseries is getting rereleased on next-gen game consoles. The news comes from a leaked product listing on Italian website Everyeye.it, although it has since been taken down.
According to the leaked images, Metro Redux will contain remastered versions of both 2010’s Metro 2033 and its 2013 sequel Metro: Last Light, all wrapped up in limited edition packaging with some pretty nifty new cover art. In addition, gamers will also receive access to Day One DLC, art cards, and a soundtrack. There’s no word on a price point as of this time, but if Metro Redux ends up being anywhere near $39.99, then this package is going to be quite the bargain.

Metro Redux will also be following the latest trend of recently released games getting the next-gen treatment. Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition kicked off this new precedent earlier this year, while last week it was reported that The Last of Us would also be making its way to PS4 at some point this summer.
We can expect to find Metro Redux on PS4, Xbox One, and PC at some point in July 2014.
